Refund policy:
Order Cancellation:
Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded the full cost of the order minus a 5% transaction processing fee.
Returns:
QOE Gardens upholds the highest standard of quality for all of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our products will meet or exceed expectations. Extreme effort is made to ensure your product is manufactured and shipped in pristine condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.
To qualify for a refund, replacement, or exchange, your product must be unused, untampered, and in the same condition as received and must be in its original packaging.
Once received, our facility representatives will inspect and verify the condition of the product. Upon approval, a refund for the full cost of the returned product will be granted.
Exceptions to the full refund include any products not in original condition, damaged, or missing components for any reason. We do not issue refunds for items that are returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Refunds:
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR A RETURNED PRODUCT?
After we receive the returned product and it is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It takes between 1 and 7 days to complete the return process. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 1 to 7 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
